Asparagus dipped and baked till crisp and served with Oasis Garlic Sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
1 bunch Asparagus
1/2 cupShredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggwhites
Salt and pepper
Oasis Garlic Sauce for dipping
Directions
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2 Cut the ends off of the asparagus.
3 Stir together egg whites, and salt & pepper in a dish large enough to dip asparagus into.
4 Pour the Parmesan cheese onto a plate.
5 Dip asparagus into the egg mixture and shake off excess. Then roll in the parmesan cheese.
6 Place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15 minutes until the outside begins to crisp up and asparagus are cooked through.
