Crispy pita Parmesan coated pita chips served with Oasis Salsa, Oasis hommus, or Oasis bean dip.
1 Oasis Pita Bread
1/4 cup melted Real butter (or I can't Believe It's Not Butter Fat Free Spray)
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
3/4 tsp Freshly grated parmesan cheese
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Using a pizza cutter, cut the pita bread in half then open up each half and cut into triangle pieces.
3Add the garlic powder to the melted butter, mix well.
4Use a basting brush to brush pita pieces with butter mixture.
5Arrange pitas on a baking sheet then sprinkle lightly with the parmesan cheese.
6Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until slightly browned. Serve with Oasis Salsa, Oasis hommus, or Oasis bean dip.
